Strawberry Rhubarb Muffins! 

one of my own recipes 

370F for 25-30 mins

• 2cups flour
• 1&1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
• 3/4 cup brown sugar & 3/4 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup apple sauce
• pinch cinnamon & nutmeg
• 2 cups of rhubarb & strawberries (mostly rhubarb)
• 1tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt

Topping

• tbsp melted/softened butter
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• tsp cinnimon
